We are licensed residential program equipped to handle persons with mental health and intellectual disabilities.

In 2009 Triumph opened up a professional Day Support facility to help serve our clients. Triumph’s Day Support creates an atmosphere to allow the client to get the care that they need. Our support center caters directly to the individual needs. We believe that every individual is different and responds according to the level of support and quality of care. We have an open-minded approach to assessing and we are dedicated to providing services under the person-centered approach. We are licensed program through the DBHDS.
